What are your Customer Service hours?


Diversified Profits is on Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. 
 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

The charge on your Credit Card Bill will appear as Diversified Profits on your Credit Card Statement. Specific items are never listed on credit card statements, and it will not be "flagged" as an adult purchase.

I like using a credit card on-line; however, what is your security?


Our websites, which run on state of the art Microsoft technologies, use SSL encryption, the highest form of encryption security available. All processing is done through a secure merchant account gateway which is completely encrypted and secure.

I tried to login and it won't let me, what is wrong?


The problem could be as simple as not using lower case characters, a faulty password, or you might have forgot it. We have a link on our entry page and our main page called simply Forgot Password. It may be the browser you are currently using also. We suggest using the most recent versions of Netscape or Internet Explorer. I was trying to login and my password didn't work, can you find it?


In the event that you forget your password, it can be emailed to you. click through to our administration page in the members area.

 We suggest that you:
1. Write down your password and keep it in a safe place.
2. Use lower case letters and make it short, at least 6 characters, and simple, using alpha and numeric characters.

I want to cancel my membership subscription. How do I do that?

There are prominent links on our  administration page inside the members area. However, before you cancel please send us an email stating your reasons. We value you as a member and would very much like to know your reason so we can try to remedy and problems. We may also have some options available that you might prefer rather than canceling.
